By using WIA GIL (wiagil.com), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

WIA GIL is a world tour flight simulator providing virtual travel experiences, map exploration, live aircraft/vessel tracking, hotel search, and navigation services. The service is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access, scrape, or overload our APIs beyond normal usage
Submit false or misleading registration data
Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code beyond what is publicly visible

3. User Content

By submitting POI registrations, accommodation listings, or other content:

You represent that you have the right to submit such content
You grant WIA GIL a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and use the content within our service
You remain responsible for the accuracy of submitted information
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

4. Accommodation Registration

Accommodation registration is a paid service with pricing as displayed at the time of registration
Listings are active for the period purchased and may be renewed
We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that do not meet our quality standards
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Third-Party Services

WIA GIL integrates with third-party services including:

Map data: OpenStreetMap, CARTO, and various government map agencies
Hotel/Flight booking: Travelpayouts affiliate links redirect to partner booking sites
Live tracking: Aircraft and vessel data from third-party APIs

These services are governed by their own terms. WIA GIL is not responsible for third-party service availability or accuracy.

6. Intellectual Property

WIA GIL's original content, design, code, and branding are the property of WIA. Map data attributions and third-party licenses are displayed within the application.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WIA GIL is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Accuracy of map data, travel information, or real-time tracking
Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the service
That the service will meet all your requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

WIA GIL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Do not rely on WIA GIL for actual navigation, travel planning, or safety-critical decisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
